Red Hulk (General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross) does not get stronger as he gets angrier because his physiology works differently than the traditional Green Hulk. Instead of converting rage into physical strength, Red Hulk’s body produces intense, volatile heat that increases with his anger.
He has the ability to absorb different types of energy including cosmic energy. This power increases his strength but his anger is a limiting factor because he can overheat and burn out. Each Hulk has a different power besides the generic super strength and durability the gamma gives.
Blue Hulk was created in 2006 in Jay Faeber and Carlos Magno's Captain Universe: Incredible Hulk series. Green Hulk bonds with the Uni-Power or Enigma Force, a sentient cosmic energy. Blue Hulk grows in strength, making him the strongest of all Hulks.
His body cannot the massive heat he creates and after a while, it can cause him to slow down, lose control, and eventually pass out. Since anger is what normally makes the Hulk unstoppable, this heat problem turns rage into Red Hulk's biggest weakness.
In fact, Red Hulk has one of the best strength feats we've ever seen as he tore through Captain America's vibranium suit. A feat that should be pretty comparable to Thanos breaking apart cap's shield. You can even argue it's more impressive than Thanos because Red Hulk didn't have to use a sword to help him.
Hulk uncovered Red Hulk's condition of the angrier he gets, the hotter he gets, and guessed it could be a weakness. Hulk let his opponent strike him repeatedly until the heat became too intense for the Red Hulk. He became unbalanced, and Hulk was able to finish him off quickly.
In terms of physical strength, Bruce Banner is probably the weakest of the original Avengers. By Endgame, I'd say physically, Wanda is probably not very strong (everything she does comes from her powers). Scott is a pretty average human, as are Clint, Sam, and Rhodes.
Thanos to just straight up says that he wouldn't be a match for the Hulk without a monstrous power-up, tech, or gauntlet. That doesn't mean that Thanos isn't strong on his own. He is still capable of unbelievable relative strength to other characters in the Marvel Universe.

One-Above-All is the most powerful character in the Marvel Universe. Although they are not technically a superhero, but rather the supreme deity of the Marvel Multiverse, any discussion of powerful characters would be incomplete without mentioning One-Above-All!
Unlike the green Hulk, the Red Hulk does not revert to human form when rendered unconscious, and his blood is a fluorescent yellow instead of green, remaining that color even in human form. Unlike the green Hulk, who gets stronger as his rage increases, Red Hulk's body temperature rises with his anger.
Red Hulk gets hotter the madder he gets. It is conceivable that Red Hulk's heat weakens the Vibranium enough to bend or break.
However, when the Red Hulk gets angry, his body emits a smoldering heat, allowing him to siphon energy and gamma radiation. This ability to absorb energy is unique to him and has enabled him to accomplish incredible feats, such as burning through Spider-Man's webs and absorbing the Silver Surfer's Power Cosmic.
