If we're only talking about the force of a single punch and not a fight, Superman will win pretty easily. The Hulk is crazy strong, but strength is not the largest determining factor when measuring the impact of a hit. It's mass and speed.
Regardless of who is arguably stronger, more powerful, etc, the other opponent isn't far behind in comparison. However, my opinion is that Hyperion wins as he is much more experienced. And as impressive as Shazam is, Bill is a kid in a grown up body.
