Momo Yaoyorozu is not fat in My Hero Academia because her Quirk, Creation, constantly converts her body's fat cells into molecular material to produce objects. Eight years after the Final War, Momo graduated from U.A. High School alongside her classmates and is the current No. 19 Hero, whilst doing plenty of research and being involved in many global projects.

Momo's family is specifically incredibly rich with no other traits. Odds are excellent she's much wealthier. Momo's parents wanted to build a mall close to UA so she would have an easier time shopping. It is pretty clear who's richer.
Momo Ayase isn't the girl next door, and she doesn't even have to be. She's bold, outspoken, and lives up to her mojo, and that's why we love her. Her nonchalance and authenticity are something most fans look up to. This also makes her relatable, along with her obsession with Takakura Ken.
Iida, Todoroki, and Momo definitely are the rich kids. Bakugo, Jiro, Ashido, and Kirishima's parents are well off. Bakugo's parents own an actual house, but if the school district is anything to go off of, not the best area.

Enji Todoroki arranged a Quirk Marriage with the Himura family's daughter, Rei Himura, desiring a child powerful enough to surpass All Might. In return, the struggling Himura family were interested in Enji's wealth and status as the No. 2 Hero, and Rei agreed to marry Enji to support her family.
